SBW is currently performing the Roddan Lodge Construction for the City of Vancouver. The 11-story, 120,000 square foot, concrete high rise replaces an existing low income housing building. Once completed, the new facility will provide 213 much needed low income housing units and a shelter with a public kitchen for the downtown eastside.
