Tammy Carlin
 

Human Resource Manager

Having practiced as an HR professional for over 15 years, Tammy oversees People Functions supporting the overarching employee experience, strategizing in areas such a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Succession Planning, Employee Retention, Performance Management, Wellness, Employee Engagement and Total Rewards initiatives. She has worked with public and private organizations with experience in sectors such as Construction, Energy, Community Planning. Indigenous Social Housing, Social Enterprise, and High Tech throughout Canada. Tammy joined SBW as Human Resources Manager in March 2022 and her experience and expertise has proven to be invaluable to the company.

Tammy has extensive experience working with BC's communities mentoring indigenous students, working with women and underrepresented groups, partnering with non-profit, social enterprise, government and private organizations that support non-barriered equal opportunities.  Tammy also volunteers as a Board Member and Secretary with a not-for-profit organization that supports and champions the needs of People and Culture professionals and active member with CPHR/CRHA Canada.
