Rob Pellaers

Rob joined SBW as our new Chief Estimator in May of 2019.  He provides leadership with conceptual estimating, design build pursuits and preconstruction services. Rob is originally from Winnipeg where he obtained his Construction Engineering Technology Diploma at Red River College, in 1990. He has over 29 years of construction expertise and has been instrumental in the development of estimates on multiple major projects in the commercial and institutional sectors throughout British Columbia.  He has been an integral part of teams that have resulted in exceptional execution of projects, including the Hamilton Transit Centre, $65M; Canada Post Pacific Processing Centre, $122M; Surrey Outpatient Facility, $125M; RCMP ‘E’ Division Headquarters, $265M; Skytrain OMC Expansion - Phase 1, $24M; and the Royal Columbian Hospital Phase 1, $199M.
