Steve Rose

Steve has 30+ years of construction management experience in BC and the US, and a proven track record leading the construction of many large and complex commercial & residential projects. He has managed the construction of the third tallest residential tower in downtown Vancouver, high-rise and low-rise office towers, multiple retail projects, including a 20-acre new retail mall in BC, schools, religious projects, prison and airport projects and residential and health care for aboriginal groups.

As Director, Steve provides project oversight and leadership for the team and is engaged throughout the duration of the project. During the pre-construction period Steve will lead the project planning and project set up activities and he will facilitate the development of the master project schedule and the risk mitigation processes. He will also be involved in the budgeting and tendering processes and will oversee the project from startup through to completion.
