Clark Campbell

Clark has almost 40 years of contribution to the local construction industry. He joined SBW in 1984 as an Estimator, became Chief Estimator in 1998 and Vice President of Estimating in 2019. Clark has a vital role in the successful procurement and completion of many projects for SBW, ranging from hospitals to recreation centres. Clark has also overseen certain projects as a Director, most recently the Vanterm Maintenance Building Expansion. Clark has served on the Board of Directors for the Construction Labour Relations Association of BC, Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) (including two years as Chairman of the Board), and the British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA). He also served as President of the Quantity Surveyors Society of BC and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is currently on the board for The Construction Foundation of BC. For years Clark has been volunteering his time and expertise on various committees with the VRCA and BCCA. Clark was recognized for his contributions in 2018 when he was inducted as a lifetime member in the VRCA. His projects include the Deltaport Rail Maintenance Building, Children's Hospital Mental Health Building, Edmonds Community Recreation Centre, Capilano University Library, Walter Moberly Elementary School Seismic Upgrade, and the Lions Gate Hospital MRI Addition and Acute Tower West Wall. Clark graduated with a BA from the University of Victoria in 1978. He received a Building Technology Diploma from BCIT in 1981 and a PQS designation from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors in 1989.
